when will i start to see results from running?

i have a bit of a belly, it isnt that big, but i wasnt happy with it so i started running. i’ve been running for a week now. i run/walk for 3 miles, i alternate between laps, everyday and it takes me about 40 minutes. the thing is i didnt change my diet because the belly doesnt add any weight to me. when will i start to see results of my belly getting smaller?

They’re right, you have to change your diet in order for pounds to come off. Your probably burning like 350-400 calories doing your workout plan. If you can burn like an extra 100-150, and you cut back to 1500 calories a day, you should lose a pound a week! Count your calories and see were your weak points are. Change the weak points into strong points! Avoid high carb and high fat foods. Watch your portions, too. If you do this, you should look like a hot mamma in no time! 😀
